Junior High

The Junior High youth program at Risen Savior provides young people with a place to learn about their faith while allowing them to burn off the crazy energy that junior high youth typically have. There are several get togethers throughout the year that encourage young people to have fun and meet new people. We integrate faith messages into our Wednesday WAVE nights and twice annual Castaway retreats.

 

Many of our young people have participated in the social events we sponsor such as: an all-night lock-in, Twins games, snow tubing, movie nights, Wild Mountain, bowling, and more. In addition, during the summer we have a seven week Summer Stretch program that gives youths an opportunity to serve in the local community and have fun building community through other social events.

 

We are always in need of adults who are willing to spend some time with the junior high youth on events and on the Wednesday nights that we have WAVE. To volunteer or to find out more about volunteering please check out the Volunteer page.
